- Lead feature implementations and enhancements
- Configure and support Core HCM, including: Staffing, Job & Position Management
- Design and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, and notifications
- Good understanding of Workday security (roles, domains, BP security policies)
- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations, including:
- EIBs (Inbound & Outbound)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems (Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Vendors)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance
- Ensure secure and compliant data exchanges
- Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards
- Create complex Calculated Fields, including:
- LRV, ESI, TF, ARI, CRF
- Support Workday Prism Analytics (if applicable)
- Enable business users with actionable insights through optimized reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting governance
- Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend
- Build user-friendly solutions leveraging:
- Workday data models
- Orchestrations
- UI components
- Collaborate with business teams to identify use cases where Extend adds value
- Ensure Extend apps align with Workday security and compliance standards
- Act as functional and technical lead for Workday initiatives
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and solution design sessions
- Mentor junior Workday consultants and developers
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leadership to align Workday solutions with strategic goals
- Support Workday releases, testing cycles, and change management activities
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM
- Proven experience in Integrations, Reporting, and Workday Extend
- Deep knowledge of Workday architecture and best practices
- Strong understanding of:
- Business Process Framework
- Security configuration
- Integration patterns
- Extend development concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments
- Workday HCM Certification
- Workday Integration Certification
- Workday Extend Certification (highly preferred)
- Workday Pro (Reporting / Integrations / Security) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
