Job description- Drive revenue performance for Faucets, Cisterns, Sanitaryware- Monitor and improve key product performance for Faucets, Sanitaryware- Support dealer growth by providing training, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal product display and branding at showrooms- Conduct focused customer events, including World (JW) visits, Orientation Centre (OC) visits, Display Showroom (JDS) engagements, and factory visits to generate prospects and enhance brand awareness-Educate dealers and their sales staff on product details, USPs, competition benchmarking, and value propositions- Ensure price discipline and brand hygiene at all dealer counters- Personally handle customers at dealer counters to demonstrate effective selling techniques and product knowledge- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up until conversion to sales using company-provided software- Generate and follow up on leads from dealers, trade customers, and plumbers to drive sales- Organize and conduct plumber meets and training sessions to ensure proper installation and product knowledge- Introduce and educate dealers on new product modifications and updates- Promote the use of dealer portals for problem resolution and access to the latest information- Ensure dealers issue warranty certificates to every customer and educate them on the benefits of warranty support- Coordinate with customer care to resolve any issues related to supplies, sales, policies, and other concerns- Facilitate visits of key stakeholders to the Orientation Centre (OC) and factory to enhance their understanding of capabilities and product range- Foster strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders through regular interactions and support.Note: If your interested kindly share your resume to 9008734991 ( Whats App) O (ref:updazz.com)
