- Demonstrated ability for upskilling quickly in knowledge of the organization’s applications and tools, an understanding of governance and the corporate culture and language of the business, and corporate processes and procedures
- Experience of managing an office of a senior leader in an BPO/KPO environment
- Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- At least 3 years of relevant administrative management
- Currently working in BPO/KPO as “a project management officer to a senior leader” is preferred.
