.Net Full Stack DeveloperLocation: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .Net Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for all traditional development activities, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. You will add new features to existing Windows and Web-based applications in Visual Studio 2019, transforming business and design needs into innovative products. The ideal candidate will have impressive hands-on experience in .Net technologies and a strong understanding of front-end development. You will interact with the client team independently for development activities and drive projects to completion within deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities

Add new features to existing Windows and Web-based applications in Visual Studio 2019.
Interact with the client team independently for development activities.
Transform business and design needs into innovative products.
Drive all projects to completion within deadlines.
Perform code reviews and write unit test cases.
Perform thorough testing to identify issues proactively.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Impressive hands-on experience in .Net technologies, including .Net Core.
Impressive hands-on experience and knowledge with React, ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER, Web API / WCF, JQuery, XAML, Win Forms & MVC.
Knowledge of Visual Studio 2013, 2015, 2019 & .NET Frameworks 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.
Strong database skills.
Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
Experience with code reviews and unit testing.
Excellent programming and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, judgmental, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work at the tactical and strategic levels of IT initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
