observations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lesson planning, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun,
engaging and interactive learning experiences for their students.Key Responsibilities:
- Support School in curriculum implementation & supervision
- Ensure Quality lessons are being delivered to the students
- Suggest strategies for improving efficiency & effectiveness
- Planning and conducting teacher training programs at various centers.
- Preparing teacher training reports
- Forming a report of each participant based on their performance during teacher training.
- Visiting centers’ for quality audits and making a report for the same
- Developed forms like quality check of centre’, Audit, Teacher Training.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- High level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Networking and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Communication & Information Management skills.
What You Do:
- Handholding existing franchisees with business strategies, competitive analysis, Marketing acumen and sales training.
- The role is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the Preschool franchisees across the territory.
- Drive revenue through YOY enrolment growth & cross-selling of the company's products and services within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Play an integral part in growing business that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key franchisee needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing franchisee by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- You shall take appropriate measures designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Confidential Information shared.
- Strong written & Verbal communication skills along with proficiency in Excel/ spreadsheets.
- Managing positive and benefiting relationship with franchisee network.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs, growth mindset, extremely high level of ownership
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
- Strong organizational skills with analytical approach.
- Post Graduate in Management (Marketing / Sales / Operations) OR Graduate with relevant experience of 2-4 years in Franchisee Operations/ Key account management / Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelors / Masters / PHD in education / Human Development / ECE / any other stream subject to experience / D.ED subject to experience.
- Bachelors in Mandatory
- 5 years experience in similar field / position.
- Preferable franchisee experience.
- Basics of revenue and business.
