Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Testing Professional with a strong background in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales or Service) or Oracle Siebel. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on QA experience, particularly in testing CRM applications, integrations, and data migrations. Experience in API testing, integration validation, and a solid understanding of Agile QA processes is essential.Key Responsibilities:Perform manual testing for CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Oracle Siebel), including functional, regression, and localization testing.Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools to validate integrations with external systems—with and without middleware involvement.Conduct data migration testing using CRM tools or features to ensure accuracy and integrity of transferred data.Design, create, and execute detailed test cases, including both positive and negative scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies.Utilize tools such as JIRA for defect tracking and QTP/UFT or Selenium for automation testing (if applicable).Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous testing and feedback loops.Generate and maintain thorough test documentation, reports, and dashboards.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of QA testing experience, preferably in CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Siebel.Strong knowledge of REST API testing using tools like Postman.Experience in integration testing with external systems (with/without middleware).Proficiency in data migration validation processes within CRM environments.Experience with automation tools like QTP/UFT and Selenium (preferred for automation roles).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA tools like JIRA.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.Nice to Have:CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Siebel).Experience in performance or load testing.Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Skills:Ms Dynamics Crm,Crm Sales,Rest ApiAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
