The ideal candidate should have superior planning,organization,and communication skills with a knack for working under pressure and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion. You would be responsible for supporting the MD in carrying out his day to day operations.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1Lead, manage and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing dynamic calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging itineraries and agendas and compiling meeting documentation2Assess inquiries directed to the executive office, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage3Schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of MD4Ensure all projects/assignments are evaluated and presented to him in a summarized manner and aid in making sound business decisions.5Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and other departments, demonstrating leadership and empathy to foster credibility, trust, and support with staff6Edit and complete drafts for written communications to stakeholders7Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD including those of a sensitive and confidential nature8Prioritize conflicting requests and handle matters within scope proactively9Create, edit, and maintain communications such as reports and presentations10Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of responsibility affecting the ManagementKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE1MCom Graduate - Fresher or Experienced2Tech savvy with excellent computer skills (Advanced Microsoft Office, VC tools, etc.)3Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities4Friendly and professional demeanor5Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results; positive and professional disposition in every situationSKILLS & ABILITIES1Good Communication Skills - verbal and written - Gujarati, English, Hindi2Very Strong Follow Up Skills3Organised & Able To Prioritise Work Load4Self - Starter5Problem Solving Skills6Good Time Management Skills
