And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:Having 4 Years of Storage and Backup SMEPreventive Maintenance on storage Arrays, firmware updates, and perform health checks.Continuously monitor storage performance and capacity utilization.Optimize storage through capacity management strategies (e.g. data tiering, deduplication)Recommend and implement storage expansion strategies.Update and upgrade of backup tools, applications and OSHandles critical backup issuesExecution of backup related projects and initiativesChange Management (raising and closing RFCs)Vendor and OEM coordinationCreation of backup related reportsIncident and service request fulfilmentAdvance Windows Server management and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Technical and Professional Experience:Advance to expert knowledge of different backup tools and technologyWork experience from the same backup technologyHands-on experience with Avamar, Networker, DD, and Druva Backup suite.Publish weekly/monthly backup related reportsManages backup BAU operationsBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
