Job Description:Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare DomainKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business users to discuss, analyze, and elucidate business requirements.Identify business problems, document requirements, and prioritize them based on client inputs.Conduct requirements analysis and management activities throughout the project lifecycle.Suggest solution options, discuss pros and cons, and assist customers in finalizing the best approach.Prepare detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and sufficient information for development teams.Maintain and manage requirements-related documentation within JIRA.Clarify business queries raised by technical and QA teams.Support QA teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.Provide insights and domain knowledge to ensure alignment of features and functionality with healthcare processes.Primary SkillsStrong experience in Requirements Analysis and Requirements Management.Expertise in writing detailed User Stories and acceptance criteria.Proficiency in using JIRA for requirement tracking and management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requirements.Secondary SkillsGood understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.Ability to support QA teams with business clarifications.Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Good to Have SkillsIn-depth knowledge of US Healthcare domain and its processes.Familiarity with Payor Platforms, Claims Processing Engines, or healthcare platforms.Experience in mapping features with healthcare domain functionality.Awareness of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Prior healthcare domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.Skills:Healthcare,Requirement Gathering,Business AnalysisAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
