Lead the contracts & commercials vertical reporting to the Head Procurement.

Sound understanding of the procurement process, contracts development & management, commercial & strategy, risk analysis of contracts.
Drafting Contract, term sheet, framework agreements for Solar EPC, Module Supply, Development Contracts.
Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions
Preparing and editing contract details
Assisting team in rectifying and handling contract breaches
Making amendments to existing contracts
Ensuring that the contract terms comply with the legal guidelines, good under understanding on the FIDIC.
Conducting in-depth research before preparing contractual agreements and covering the project risk
Collaborating with Legal Advisors and Lawyers to discuss contract contents.
Ensuring that the contract language is legally binding

Leadership role to head the Contracts function.|Excellent growth trajectory in a high visibility role.

Full time Engineering degree (Electrical/ Mechanical) from a reputed institute. LLB will be an added advantage.
Proven work experience 12-18 years as a Contract Specialist, Compliance Analyst, or a similar role in the IPP or leading EPC firm
Complete understanding of legal procedures, guidelines, and terminologies
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Having a keen eye for detail
Ability to conduct in-depth research.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
