We are hiring an Accountant in Ahmedabad

• Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and returns.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, and daily sales reports.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding invoicing and payments.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase and sales bills related to gold, diamonds, and other jewellery items.
• Maintain inventory accounts and liaise with the store for stock reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
