Job Title: Senior TechnicianJob Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our maintenance team.- The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with the overhauling of industrial equipment and systems, and a strong understanding of sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, Ammonia, Natural gas .Key Responsibilities :- Perform overhauling and maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, and compressors.- Conduct precise equipment alignment using the Rim and Face method.- Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment including fans, blowers, and heat exchangers.- Work safely and efficiently on systems involving sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, steam,ammonia, and natural gas.- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure high equipment reliability.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.Required Qualifications:- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering .- Minimum 7- 10 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.- Proven experience in overhauling mechanical equipment in a Sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid & DAP/NPK industrial plant environment.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with alignment techniques, especially Rim and Face method.- Good knowledge of handling and working around hazardous chemicals and gases.- Familiarity with industrial utility systems and safety protocolsSkills & Competencies :- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.- Knowledge of industrial safety standards.- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
