- Support KAM team in managing existing client accounts (Farming)
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and coordination (primarily US clients)
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools
- Maintain and update CRM/data records accurately
- Coordinate internally with delivery and operations teams
- Track project progress and ensure timely updates to clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling with guidance from KAMs
- Support automation initiatives to improve workflow efficiency
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management / Client Servicing
- Prior experience working in US shift is mandatory/preferred
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with automation tools / CRM tools is a plus
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
