And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of AVP, UiPath Solution Lead [Skill: UiPath hyper automation platform]!As UiPath Solution Lead (USL), you will be responsible for the full UiPath technology stack to support development lifecycle processes that translates business requirements into functioning software applications, services, and solutions. Translate solutions in pre-sales cycles to support Genpact Sales Teams. As a key member of our Enterprise Automation practice, and Hyper-Automation delivery team, you will design, code, test and implement new Proof of Concepts within Genpact internal sandboxes, Genpact internal operations, and client environments. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who can learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision, and can always deliver outstanding work. The USL is recommended to be a seasoned software professional with development experience and a proven record of accomplishment of delivering software projects in a dynamic and agile environment. Typical responsibilities include:Responsibilities

Full understanding of all the UiPath technology modules and up to date on latest releases.
Proof of Concept designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on an the UiPath platform based on industry best practices.
Creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and process automation for reusability deployments.
Participating in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts.
Auditing, documenting, and assisting in the correction of any issues identified.
Implementing improvements and new functionality in process hyper-automation process.
Hands on experience and ability to define and manage frameworks for development across the UiPath suite covering Discover, Automate and Operate suite of the UiPath platform.
Providing technical support/assistance and coaching to other developers and users (if applicable).
Designing solutions for integrating third party app products (if applicable) e.g., SAP, Workday, Service Now, etc.

· Providing DevOps hyper-care frameworks for reuse.· Lead solution demos and tech info sessions in pre-sales cyclesQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant technical degree; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience developing, supporting, or implementing automation software utilizing the UiPath enterprise automation platform.
UiPath Developer Professional & Architect Certified (mandatory).
Proven experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technical design and/or development.
Relevant years of overall experience.
Relevant years of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience.
Familiar with either on-prem and cloud environments deployments.
Experience with business analysis, including process mapping and design.
Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment while developing client relationships.
An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an elevated level of client focus.
Experience in consulting environments, pre-sales, solutions.
