Capacity Building: Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based on Skill Map Analysis for the phase wise development of Training Modules and continuous process of Capacity Building. Annual Performance Appraisal: Design and Develop formats for Annual Performance Appraisal for Dynamic employees. Policies: Policies related to Compensation, Transfer, Promotion, Interns, Short Term Consultants, Grievance Redressal and Exit Development of HR Policy & Manuals: Development of comprehensive HR Policy by the development of Human Resource, Capacity Building and Performance Appraisal & Incentive Manual Employees Empowerment - Employee Engagement, Employee Retention Entire HR Generalist Profile Administrative Support: Provision of adequate administrative support / Office utilities, Canteen, Security arrangement. Conduct of Timely Meetings, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff IR Negotiation with Unions, Maintaining healthy relations with law enforcement agency & political agency Grievances Redressal Handling all disciplinary issues with suitable action, immediate resolving of grievances Ensure harmonious Industrial Relations across Plant. Manage the entire gamut of HR/IR initiatives across the Plant level Anticipate HR/IR issues at the factory level & provide solution to that in consultation with factory manager and Plant Head. Negotiate with unions, and conclude the agreed points, prepare the draft agreement. Proactively identifies and resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner Managing contract Labour as per requirement. Ensure Statutory Compliance at plant as per law. Representation of Labour disputes before the Labour Authorities and Labour Courts & other authorities. Laisioning with Labour Department and other concerned Govt authorities. Skills: Strong Interpersonal Skills Good knowledge of HR, Labour Laws, & Administrative functions and Procedure.
