- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in CRM and Sales Operations.
- Jira Service Management and Tableau expertise is preferred
- Excellent team player with the ability to work within a collaborative and cross functional environment.
- Creative, resourceful, and innovative problem solver.
- Great communication skills (including active listening and comprehending requirements).
- Preferred experience in high-tech B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Ability to teach and implement best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
