Job Description:
- 1. Managing the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
- 2. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
- 3. Responsible to Achieve targeted micro finance members for the Branch
- 4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- 5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
- 6. Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
- 7. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
- 8. Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets
- 9. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
- 10. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
- 11. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- 12. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
