- Learning & Development Support
- Support the assessment of learning needs for teams based in India, primarily technical and software engineers
- Help coordinate and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development sessions
- Assist in building learning resources, guides, and training content (live and digital)
- Partner with technical leaders to understand what skills and capabilities are most important
- Research and recommend learning tools, platforms, and technical training resources
- Track participation and feedback to help measure learning effectiveness and improve future sessions
- Align India learning initiatives with global talent development strategy
- Onboarding & Live Event Facilitation
- Help coordinate and run onboarding sessions for new hires in the India office and other live events
- Support scheduling, logistics, communications, and facilitation for live events
- Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming experience during their first weeks
- Employee Engagement & Office Experience
- Support and help execute employee engagement initiatives (events, town halls, recognition, etc.)
- Build relationships across the office and serve as a friendly, visible HR presence
- Gather feedback from associates and help identify opportunities to improve employee experience
- Assist in executing communication plans and updates related to people programs and office initiatives
- Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with leaders and managers across the India team
- Translate business and technical priorities into development initiatives
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end with guidance and support from HR leadership
- Coordinate across stakeholders (HR, leaders, operations, and employees) to ensure successful execution
- Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and program updates
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or Employee Engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Experience supporting technical or engineering teams in a fast-paced or growing organization
- Experience managing projects independently from planning through execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions
