They manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and test drives to closing deals and fostering customer loyalty—while maintaining expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and competitive products.Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greeting showroom visitors, understanding needs, and recommending suitable vehicle models.
  • Demonstration: Conducting vehicle walkarounds, explaining features, and facilitating test drives.
  • Sales Closure: Negotiating, overcomng objections, and completing sales contracts and finance paperwork.
  • Lead Generation/Follow-Up: Actively chasing leads, cold calling, and following up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on inventory, features, warranties, and competitor models.
  • Administration: Recording sales data in CRM software, managing client databases, and assisting with showroom display maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
