We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis II to join our BNY Institute - BNY's macro strategy insights platform team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Generation of the shared data toolkit comprises of BNY's proprietary iFlow indicators and Investment & Wealth Management (IWM) forecasts. Help own the health and evolution of our Shared Data Toolkit-a modular data library that ingests, pre-processes, and delivers clean time-series data and model components to research, trading, and client-facing teams. Toolkit Development & Maintenance- Extend core utilities for data cleansing, feature engineering, and model integration. Enforce documentation, versioning, and unit-test standards across the toolkit. Refactor legacy code into reusable, production-ready modules. R&D Collaboration Partner with quants to onboard new macro, market-microstructure, and behavioral datasets. Prototype and benchmark forecasting models; monitor drift and align output with research intent. Conduct code reviews and coach analysts on best practices. Data Governance- Automate quality-checks and anomaly alerts for high-frequency updates. Coordinate with Data Ops to ensure secure, traceable data lineage.
