Job Description:Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
Support testing and user acceptance phases by defining test scenarios and assisting with validation.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (life insurance preferred).
Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to insurance platforms such as: Life/Asia, Integral , Life/400
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of policy administration systems and insurance product structures.
Experience with system migration or modernization projects.
