Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Administer and support Linux, Windows, and MacOS environmentsConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including TCP/IP, OSI layers, LAN/WANManage firewalls, switches, routers, and access pointsProvide support for account management, log monitoring, and workflow troubleshootingAdminister collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and ZoomInstall and support CCTV systems, including Hikvision devices and DVR configurationsHandle user provisioning, access control, and internal systems escalationsMaintain hardware inventories and manage asset provisioning workflowsNice to Have:Knowledge of compliance standards and IT audit readinessExperience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environmentsFamiliarity with automation tools for system monitoring (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios)Ability to develop scripts for reporting and task automationWillingness to participate in on-call rotations and handle emergency escalationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)3–5 years of relevant IT system engineering or administration experienceStrong understanding of systems security, networking, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
