- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and offerings.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs.
- Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a strong competitive spirit.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [regional languages preferred].
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents/students.
- Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher s with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
