- Identify and approach potential customers (homeowners, businesses, industries).
- Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
- Spend dedicated time daily calling decision-makers and fixing appointments.
- Conduct site visits and assist technical teams in feasibility checks.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
- Learn about government subsidies, net metering, and financing options for customers.
- Maintain customer data and follow structured reporting practices.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in negotiations, invoicing follow-ups, and project handovers.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any discipline.
- Strong communication, presentable and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
