Responsibilities: 1. Lead the creation of accurate and organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models, serving as a subject matter expert in project design and construction requirements. 2. Drive the development of plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from BIM models with meticulous detail and proper annotation, ensuring suitability for tenders and construction. 3. Establish and uphold high standards for BIM processes, including sheet layout, layering, modeling, and drawing formats, ensuring consistency and excellence. 4. Take a proactive role in identifying and addressing issues in drawings, providing insightful communication with clients/contractors for effective resolution. 5. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating both independent and collaborative work to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards. 6. Prepare drawings in strict compliance with Singapore Construction Industry regulations, maintaining a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements. 7. Manage the coordination, exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration throughout the project lifecycle. 8. Spearhead the creation of parametric Revit families and conduct BOQ s quantity take-offs to support accurate project estimation. 9. Prepare As-Built drawings with precision and adherence to LOD 400-500 accuracy standards. 10. Provide leadership in managing a team of architects/engineers, ensuring effective clash detection and issue resolution in project models. Candidate Requirements/Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM, or equivalent. Proven 7+ years of experience in Architectural/Reinforcement/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects. Advanced ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents. Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off. Extensive experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in the Singapore Construction Industry. Mastery of Revit/BIM software in Architecture and Structure MEP. Preferred candidate with a strong background in HDB BTO projects. Excellent time management skills and ability to provide mentorship to junior team members. Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer, Dynamo will be a distinct advantage.
