Manage overall Mobile Manufacturing process readiness and mange Process equipment and Fixtures , Risk study of capacity , Line balancing and identifying process bottleneck
Maintain the declared process and equipment specification by doing frequent line audit. Drive EMS partner to close audit action items.
Review and approve NPI Equipment specification and SOP
