Job Description:Job DescriptionRole: Technical Support – Service Desk L3Location: PuneJob Summary –Candidates with a minimum 2+ years of IT Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.Years of experience needed –3+ years of experienceTechnical Skills:
  • Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
  • End User Experience management
  • Active listening and probing skills.
  • Effective business communication skills.
  • Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
  • Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
