- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and services over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer questions or objections, providing accurate responses and solutions.
- Follow up on initial contacts with potential customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company’s information and customer data.
- Solid experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in either English, Hindi,Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam(both verbal and written).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to work ethics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
