This role is to lead the inventory controls process at a regional level and work closely with area managers to drive inventory controls through a set of process associates and research analysts.Cycle Count Planning:Work closely with Area managers to develop and execute comprehensive cycle count plans for accurate inventory tracking at a regional levelEnsure timely and regular cycle counts based on established schedules.Accuracy Verification:Conduct detailed cycle counts to verify the accuracy of physical inventory against system records.Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.Data Analysis:Utilize inventory management systems and tools to analyze cycle count data.Generate reports and insights to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and enhance cycle counting procedures for efficiency.Implement improvements to streamline the overall inventory control process.Collaboration with Operations:Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to coordinate cycle count activities.Communicate findings and collaborate on corrective actions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Min 5 yrs of overall work experience in operations.3+ Inventory Management experience in Ecommerce Industry with deep understanding of Unit level inventory management and controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams3+ Yrs of work experience in process improvement operations in retail or ecommerce
