Primary responsibilities include needs assessment, developing, implementing, and facilitating in-person and virtual training, and program evaluation to support company initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate (in-person and virtual) various professional development trainings, workshops, and programs to support team members at our Hyderabad, India Office and all other Vistex team members globally.
- Work closely with professional development leadership to develop (presentation, participant guides, and supplemental material) professional development trainings, workshops, and programs to support team members at our Hyderabad, India Office and all other Vistex team members globally.
- Work closely with professional development leadership and Vistex India leadership to identify professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement needs assessments for Vistex India team members, including leadership. Work with professional development leadership and Vistex India leadership to develop and implement professional development initiatives based on needs assessments.
- Develop methods and tools for collecting data and evaluate the effectiveness of professional development training and activities including preparing reports and recommendations related to improvements.
- Maintain consistent communication with professional development leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vistex India team members and leadership.
- Utilize a broad range of traditional and other approaches such as formal group and individual training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Coordinate, organize, and promote team member engagement opportunities and activities.
- Handle related duties as assigned.
- Travel required (10-30%).
MastersExperience : 0 years: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; must be bilingual and fluent in Hindi and English (Japanese a plus)

3 years: Minimum of 3 years previous experience in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs, organizational development interventions, and/or performance improvement initiatives
0 years: Bachelor's degree or related certificate/licensure required.
0 years: Previous experience facilitating leadership training and programs, highly desired.
