We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team to be positioned at our Corporate Office in Thrissur District. The ideal candidate will be a professional oversees and manages the execution of different marketing strategies for the company. This position is responsible for promoting products and services by implementing product-specific marketing campaigns, conducting market research analysis, and organising advertising and promotional events. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote nutraceutical products, including dietary supplements, vitamins, and wellness products. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the nutraceutical industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and research & development, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials. Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase our products and engage with customers. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, ROI, and customer feedback, to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and industry influencers. Qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or spices extraction industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and branding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for health and wellness products. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
