In this role, you will manage the marketing initiatives end to end - preparing end-to-end marketing plan, managing the display pages and driving initiatives for improving conversion based on customers' feedback and data-backed experiments. The successful candidate for this high impact role should be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising. Key job responsibilities Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience and Amazon's business Own all key traffic drivers for the line of business, and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams. Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Social media, Push notifications, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc.) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business. Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers. Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives. Develop the category's style guidelines, merchandising calendar, promotions, and packages for brand promotions. Work closely with brands to develop brand calendars and drive brand initiatives across marketing channels. Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
