Job Title: Expert – Operational ExcellenceJob Location: MumbaiRCS Grade: LThe role is responsible for designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. It involves building RPA bots, Power Platform applications, and custom .NET-based automations while ensuring seamless system integration across enterprise platforms. The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high‑quality automation workflows. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to best practices, governance standards, and continuous optimization of existing automations.Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows.
Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
Develop custom automation solutions using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, VB.Net) when required.
Integrate automation solutions with SharePoint, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing automation workflows.
Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Data, and Business stakeholders.
Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, security, and governance standards.

Required Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Required Technical Skills

RPA Tools: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate Desktop
Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate
Programming: C#, Java, .NET Framework / .NET Core and (python good to have)
Database: SQL Server, writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures
Integration: REST APIs, Web Services, Graph API
Microsoft Technologies: SharePoint, Excel automation, Office 365
Version Control: Git / Azure DevOps (preferred)

Required Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Knowledge of AI / OCR / Document Processing automation.
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure).
Experience with workflow orchestration and API integrations.

Preferred Certifications

UiPath Certified RPA Developer
Microsoft Power Platform Certification
Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
