Office Operations SpecialistIndia, PolandAXA XL are creating a new delivery model based on agile and a new vendor model to enable more efficient delivery of technology with the business fully embedded in what we deliver. This Digital Factory will first deliver new capabilities for Fusion Transformation and then will be rolled out to other capabilities within GT (Global Technology) and IDA (Innovation, Data & Analytics).As an Office Operations Specialist within the Digital Factory Office, you will play a pivotal role in enabling smooth delivery and operations of the Digital Factory across several areas. You will report to the Digital Factory Office lead who is part of the Digital Factory Leadership team. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic support of leadership, operations and governance reporting, marketing and communications support, release management and service transition support. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.DISCOVER your opportunity!What will your essential responsibilities include?Strategic Support and Senior Stakeholder Management· Support the Digital Factory Office Lead, Head of Digital Factory and Delivery Leads with strategic oversight of the Digital Factory· Coordinate and curate content for senior leadership meetings, strategic planning, and governance· Assist Digital Factory Leadership with internal coordination between key functions (within and outside of Ops & Tech) and strategic programsOperations and Governance· Coordinate agile product squads and ensure timely and high-quality operational delivery reporting (e.g. Sprint Reports)· Update and maintain performance tracking of Digital Factory (KPI Cockpit) for Digital Factory Leadership and extended executive audience· Ensure PMO requirements are met (program status reporting, risk reporting for audit purposes, other governance controls) in a timely manner and in right quality· Assist the Digital Factory Office Lean in implementing SAFe agile principles and Lean Portfolio Management practicesMarketing and Communications· Act as a primry point of contact for Global Technology related to Digital Factory· Support Digital Factory Office Lead with content curation and management for Digital Factory internal program related communicationsRelease Management, Service Transition & Support· Coordinate release management activities for Digital Factory as per AXA XL's Scaled Agile Delivery Model to ensure smooth and timely deployments· Collaborate with agile product squads to plan and execute service transitions and coordinate production supportQualificationsSHARE your talent!We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:· Demonstrable experience working in context of program management of large digital business and technology-led transformations, (ideally in agile environment)· Knowledge of scaled agile methodologies (SAFe certification is desirable), program and transformation management, corporate governance and operations, RAIDs management, KPI tracking, release management and support· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.· Adept at C-level storytelling and dynamic presentation· Experienced in interacting with C-level and senior stakeholders on a regular basis· Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.· Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.· Familiarity with agile tools and software, such as JIRA, Planview and ConfluenceFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
