- Managing complex sales-cycles which includes our entire Cordant Asset Management portfolio of solutions and presenting to buyers, decision makers and influence the value of our solution suite
- Sales orders, new account acquisition & business development, growth of existing key accounts & pipeline growth
- Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise digital opportunities.
- Supporting creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory model
- Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities.
- Developing enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key stakeholders.
- Assisting regional sales and Country sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends
- Utilizing Enterprise and Core Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to conduct discovery/workshops on asset condition monitoring, asset strategy and reliability solution assessment surveys to establish an enterprise-wide software plan
- Supporting proposals / bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk
- Driving market leading growth on assigned accounts and create innovative winning strategies.
- Have a bachelor degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably from engineering, science and business
- Have good Enterprise Sales Skills – Problem Identification, Discovery, Sales Process Management
- Have 8+ years of experience in sales, services or project management of asset management, digital solutions, AI/ML Solutions and reliability engineering/services.
- Experience working is energy, manufacturing or industrial verticals
- Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle particularly in closing complex sales
- Have demonstrated track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial)
- Have very good oral and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
