The Senior Accountant is responsible for many aspects of general ledger-related activities focused on mergers and acquisitions, proper application of US GAAP, various accounting transactions, monthly and quarterly close and balance sheet account reconciliations. In addition, the role will be involved in the preparation of statutory and compliance filings,participate in SOX compliance, and interact with our external auditors around the world and annual audits.
