You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of locomotives during various operational phases, such as scheduled maintenance, mainline attention, and overhauling. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operation, ILS, Fleet & Warranty, EHS, and Industrial teams), ensure effective communication within the troubleshooting team, and contribute to continuous improvement in reliability.You'll specifically take care of troubleshooting locomotives and managing failure databases, but also ensure the validity and certification of relevant tools.We'll look to you for:Ensuring effective troubleshooting on locomotives during various phases according to best practicesMaintaining and certifying relevant tools for operationsPopulating and managing failure databasesFacilitating communication within the troubleshooting teamContributing to continuous reliability improvementProviding support in special cases and adhering to EHS rulesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
