Position - Customer Service L1Classification - Voice / Domestic / Travel / Ticketing OperationsReports to - Team Lead / ManagerEducation - 12th Pass minimum, graduates preferredLocation - Goregaon WestShifts - Rotating ShiftsDays working - 6 days workingJob description● Properly search for air availability and quote itineraries in all fare types and cabins.● Issuing fresh tickets and creating reservations● Reissue and revalidation of tickets● Maintaining accuracy of information given and documented● Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo) - Optional● Manage loyalty related questions from clients● Update CRM internally● Able to take email, chat and voice requests from clientsRequirementsRequirements:● Travel, Tourism / Hospitality experience preferred.● Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment● Good communication skills with fluency in English● Experience servicing a Domestic customer base● Airline, Travel and Resorts experience will be an advantage● Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.● Able to learn new processes quickly and adaptable to change● Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
