In this role you will be reporting to Senior Engineering Manager and will be responsible for working with customers and technology, along with the ability to manage the team for delivering very high level innovative engineering solutions to our customers and at the same time, identify new business opportunities.Your responsibilities

Performing Electrification solution team, managing productivity, drive standardization, delivery quality and competitive solution
Participating in Bidding strategy, cost optimization, technical solution innovation and support project handover
Managing timely Technical and Commercial offer delivery, monitoring quality of bids and driving productivity
Delivering the Technical solution for Electrification of Green field and Brownfield Energy Industries customer
Driving the E-House Pre-Bid Engineering solutions to arrive at optimum E-House Layouts, and HVAC, HV, MV, LV, UPS, F and G, HVAC, drive systems for E House application
Driving cross functional communication across various stakeholders to achieve common Bid objectives
Evaluating the various E-House structural vendors for the project specific optimized Techno- Commercial solutions

Your background

BE or B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics or Control Engineering
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in MV Switchgear (up to 33 KV Both AIS and GIS), LV switchgear, Transformers, Bus ducts, APFC, Cable system engineering, Earthing, Lightning, protection, Illumination systems and Lay out Engineering
Good knowledge of Electrical Products (Switchgear, Transformer, VFD, Control & Protection equipment Power Quality equipment, IS Limiter, DC/UPS etc). Knowledge of High Voltage product (220 kV, 132 kV, 66 kV etc) and CRP added advantage
Knowledge of Offshore or On-shore requirements including offshore class rules like ABS, DNV and market demand or requirement
