Excellent knowledge of entire SMT manufacturing, assembly process & SMT Machines programming tools / software’s
Initiate & implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of SMT process in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures.
Provide testing and inspection activities, reports to customers.
Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications.
Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
Demonstrate proficiency with Component placements and machine optimization
Determines quality/testing methods/procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/function.
May conduct on-the-job training and/or lead/guide other employees.
Demonstrates knowledge of advanced technologies as well as functional techniques and improves processes.
Conflict resolution, Coaching & mentoring skills.
Identifies skills needed within team and works with team to achieve them. Demonstrates Flex values.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in ECE / EEE / IC / Mechanical / Mechatronics with 0-2) years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry.
Knowledge on Electronic Components Identification
Ability to read and comprehend detailed documents such as bill of materials, SMT Cad and assembly drawings
Adhere to process and look for possible process improvements
Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.
Good analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work in any time zone and shifts
Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
Very studious, fast learner and able to adapt the environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English MANDATORY.
