Job Title: Assistant Manager - Project SalesLocation: JaipurIndustry: Hot Water Solutions / Building Services / MEP / Bath & PlumbingSales Type: Project SalesRole ObjectiveTo drive project sales for hot water solutions by managing architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and plumbing consultants, ensuring brand specification, order conversion, and timely execution across Jaipur and nearby regions.Key Responsibilities- Handle project sales for hot water solutions (solar water heaters, heat pumps, storage/instant water heaters, etc.).- Develop and manage relationships with architects, MEP consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and plumbers.- Achieve product specification and approval in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.- Track projects from enquiry to order execution, including BOQs, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.- Coordinate with channel partners/distributors for order processing, supply, and collections.- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, demos, and product presentations.- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities in the Jaipur region.Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.Key Requirements- 5-8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in hot water solutions, plumbing, HVAC, solar, pumps, or building materials.- Strong exposure to Jaipur project market and local influencer network.- Good understanding of MEP systems and project sales cycles.- Ability to work independently and close projects end-to-end.
