Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge, understanding of Project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes.Experience in SAP Business Process Design & Implement as well as Support areas including SLAs management and Root cause Analysis.Contribute to competency and Coordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions, methodology etc.Here's how you'll contribute:SAP PP/QM Consultant at Zensar takes end-to-end ownership of projects implementation / support and provides valuable expertise. Well acquainted with SAP Methodology and involvement in various stages of project implementation.You’ll do this by:· Managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery· Understanding requirements and writing Functional Specification documents· Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role· Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing technical support whenever needed· Demonstrating the ability to multitask and re-prioritizing responsibilities based on dynamic requirements· A highly motivated natural team player with stupendous communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Skilled in delivering in a goal oriented, target driven work environment.· SAP Certification and / or domain experience will be added advantageSkills required to contribute:· Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/ QM and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC with good analytical skills along with domain experience in manufacturing industry.· Experience in Implementation and Support Projects.· In-depth experience of PP & QM functional modules and thorough understanding of cross functional applications, integrating other modules like, FI, CO, LE MM, with SD.· In-depth knowledge and experience of BOM, Work Centers, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions as well as Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing· Experience and knowledge of MRP, Batch Management, Classification· Experience and knowledge of Quality in Procurement and Production, In process inspection, Inspection Plan, Notifications, Calibration and Quality in Sales, Catalogues and Code groups, Change Management-ECM/ECO,· Experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool· Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition· Knowledge of Planning: Forecasting, Sales Operation Planning, LTP, PPDS will be an added advantage· Designed and provided completed upload data templates for Master Data migration from Legacy system to the Core SAP system.· Scheduling and Monitoring of Background / Batch Jobs· Knowledge on Interfaces with MES, LIMS, QMS Systems , Weighing Scale· Worked on creating Functional Specifications, Developing/Executing test scenarios and test cases, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance, error and Defect tracking using HP Quality Center or any other testing tool.· Imparted extensive training to the End Users· Provided post go-live support and generated daily status reportAdvantage ZensarWe are a digital solutions and technology services company that partners with global organizations across industries to achieve digital transformation.
