You will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing a variety of communication pieces to effectively represent the company's core message and value proposition to customers. You will also be responsible for leading content strategy, creating and executing quarterly calendars, conducting customer interviews, drafting testimonials and case studies. Key Responsibilities :- Mapping out a content strategy and executing the same with the goal of lead generation & effective brand communication- Ensuring all content is consistent, optimized for search & user experience, for all channels including online, social media, email, point of purchase, video and print- The development of a functional content creation calendar- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness.
