- Responsible for Safe working environment & safety norms in Weld shop.
- Awareness of maintenance safe working process.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (IATF, Problem Solving Techniques etc)
- Responsible for execution of Maintenance Processes (Preventive & Breakdown maintenance, Inventory management, condition base monitoring) & achieve ‘Uptime, MTTR, MTBF’ & other deliverables targets in weld shop.
- To handle:
- Equipment Breakdown & Troubleshooting of Fanuc make Robot, Allen Bradly PLC,(Control logix, Device Net, EtherNet, Control Net)
- Process lift, IT guns (Tecna make), lift & carry conveyors, turn table, robotic & manual sealant system. Hydraulic & Pneumatic System
- Root Cause Analysis of equipment breakdown and ensure proper actions and
- Improvements to avoid their recurrence.
- Responsible for fulfilling Production requirements with complete customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for TPM & TQM implementation and creating continuous improvement culture by involving 100% our team members.
- Responsible for employee engagements and Morale to develop high level of committed team through training & kaizen
Intra-Departmental-Review progress.
Review quality issues and cost escalations.External:Suppliers
Understand new technology roadmap.
Review development progress.
Critical issue management.
Understand Systems and dependencies.Service Providers

- Minimum education qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
- Minimum experience requirement 5-10 years
- PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Robots Programming (Fanuc)
- Manual & Robotic Weld Guns (Tecna, Armweld & Obara)
- Manual & Robotic Sealant System (Graco & VR coating make)
- Conveyor ( Lift and carry, roller bed )
- Tunker make APC conveyors
- Pneumatic and DC Hand Tools
- Servo Drives & VFDs (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Machine Shop Maintenance , Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls 802d sl,828D,840D
- Maintenance,S7-300,200,program Modification, Profibus nodes system maintenance and Fault finding
- CNC, Plc machine all back up mgmt. Makino cnc with Fanuc controller
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic system knowledge
- TQM & DWM
- People Management / IR issue handling / conflict Management
- TPM Principles and application
- CMM Maintenance
- IATF 16949 & safety system
