- 3+ years of work experience in HSE function
- Competent knowledge in EHS Management system requirements understanding and implementation.
- Proficiency in environmental parameters, chemical reactions and it's reaction on human health & work environment
- Advanced knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Had experience in handling Legal & compliance Pollution control board & Fire Department
- Have experience in customer handling topic like ESG & Sustainability.
- Have experience in Handling Internal & External HSE related Audits.
- Advanced knowledge on analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competent in auditing and assessments
- Basic/Advanced knowledge on data digitization and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Competent in networking with professional communities to bench mark best practices.
