Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Understand data mapping requirements and translate them into ETL logic.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems (e.g., RDBMS, flat files, cloud).
- Optimize DataStage jobs for performance and reusability.
- Collaborate with QA and Data teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve defects.
- Assist in data profiling and data quality assessments.
- Maintain ETL documentation including job designs, process flows, and data dictionaries.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
