Role Overview:The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, handling purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Key Responsibilities:Manage purchase orders raised by the parent company.Coordinate with the warehouse, internal sales team, and field sales team for smooth material allocation.Raise and monitor purchase orders with the parent company.Track material deliveries and ensure timely receipt.Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, purchase orders, and material status.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is a plus.Excellent email drafting and communication skills in English.Strong coordination and organizational abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing.Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or trading company preferred.
