We are looking out for individuals with strong product development experience using BMC Remedy ARS and strong product knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite. Position Requirements: 8 to 10 years of product development experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality commercial enterprise products using BMC Remedy ARS as a development platform. Proficiency and prior experience of working on BMC Remedy ARS technology such as workflow development is a must Strong knowhow of functional and design aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite is a must Experience in developing enterprise software products Experience of developing/accessing Web Services including good knowledge of SOAP & REST protocols, Web development using Java-script/Jason will be an added advantage Good understanding of troubleshooting multi-layered application is required. BMC Remedy ARS and strong product knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
