- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take detailed messages when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Coordinate with office staff for appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area reflects the brand’s professional image at all times.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs.
- Monitor and manage front desk operations including scheduling and follow-ups.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management or a related field are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
