Facility : Petrol AllowanceKey Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and upgrades on electrical systems, control panels, and automation components.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers for troubleshooting issues related to electrical circuits, PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to resolve faults efficiently.
Use electrical test instruments and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of system failures.
Assist in system integration during machine commissioning and service visits.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and design engineers during service activities and installations.
Conduct customer training on machine operation, routine maintenance, and safety procedures.
Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards (e.g., CE, NFPA 79) and internal quality protocols.
Document and maintain accurate service reports, root cause analyses, and technical records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and service data.
Travel extensively (domestic and international) to provide timely support at customer locations.Notes:
